Attend the EcoFarm Conference at a reduced rate and join our amazing community of work trade volunteers! 

Work Trade is an opportunity to attend the EcoFarm Conference while gaining experience in event production. We are seeking committed, reliable volunteers who will receive full registration for Wednesday-Saturday (no lodging or meals) in exchange for 14-16 hours of work. Work trade support examples include: Registration, Door Monitors, Expo, Healing Center, Dining Hall, Wine & Cider Tasting, Beer & Kombucha Tasting, and more!

All Work Trade Volunteers must be available for the entire conference, Wednesday - Saturday, January 20 - 23, 2027.

The Work Trade Volunteer Application for EcoFarm 2027 will be available in early October, so stay tuned!

Once available, the work trade application will stay open until all positions are filled. Applicants will be notified by email by Wednesday, December 4, 2026, with acceptance and discount codes to register. Work trade schedules will be sent out in early January 2027.

Please do not register for the conference until you receive notification about your work trade, as we cannot provide refunds.
