To focus our attention on advancing a more just farming community our Diversity Advisory Committee utilizes human-centered design thinking practices, active listening, and emotional intelligence to dismantle historical systems of oppression both seen and unseen, to heal mental and emotional trauma through traditional and cultural ecological knowledge.
