Farmer & Rancher Discount Registration

EcoFarm is committed to making the conference accessible to farmers and ranchers. To apply for discounted farmer pricing, simply complete the registration form and indicate your role as a farmer. Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to apply early to secure reduced-rate registration.

To qualify, you must be an active farmer or rancher, producing crops, livestock, or other agricultural products.

How to Apply

1. Confirm Your Eligibility
To qualify, you must be actively engaged in farming or ranching—producing crops, livestock, or other agricultural products.

2. Gather Proof of Farm Activity
Please provide one of the following documents:

• A copy of your state farm license

• An invoice to a customer

• A current organic certificate from a third-party certifier

3. Complete the Application Form
Enter your personal details, agricultural operation information, and intended attendance dates.

4. Upload Your Documentation
Attach your proof of farm activity directly in the form.

• Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG

• Maximum file size: 5 MB

5. Submit & Wait for Approval
Applications are typically reviewed within 7 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirming your approval—or a request for clarification, if needed.

6. Receive Your Discount
Once approved, you’ll be issued a custom ticket code reflecting your discounted rate. Use this code to complete your registration and receive your discounted conference pass.
