    Join us for a movement meditation designed to cultivate balance and harmony within oneself, the community, and the planet. The practice opens to Universal Life Force through the channels of Earth, Heaven, the Four Directions, and the Heart.

    Make time to bring balance back to your body with a session focused on relieving upper-back tension. Learn practices that counteract the effects of daily work—whether hunching over garden beds, tractor wheels, or computer screens. These stretches can support long-term self-care, comfort, and posture. 

    Led by certified massage therapist and yoga instructor Rifka Mason, who will also offer Barefoot Shiatsu and Thai massage at the Healing Center during the conference. The class is limited to 10 participants. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

    Are you an agricultural educator, extensionist, or technical assistance provider? Join this gathering of service providers working with farmers, ranchers, and food businesses across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. The meeting will include networking and discussions on coordinating efforts across organizations. Breakout groups will explore topics such as convening organic technical assistance and service providers, activating regional FENs, and strengthening statewide collaboration. Bring your lunch.

    Immerse yourself in the magical world of seeds and expand the biodiversity of your farm or garden. Bring labeled scion wood cuttings, seeds, or tubers to share and swap for new varieties. Flower growers will have a table for trading, so bring your flower seeds and dahlia tubers. Please bring only non-hybrid, non-GMO plant materials.

    Join us for a Shabbat dinner where we will engage in rituals new and old, while exploring the ways our tradition elevates food and builds community. The Sabbath is an ancestral blueprint for sacred cycles of work and rest that are directly tied to the work of a farmer. Let’s learn, connect, and break bread together! No Shabbat experience necessary.

    Improve mobility and circulation in the hips and hamstrings through guided movement and stretching. Tightness in these areas can place unnecessary strain on the spine and contribute  to misalignment. This session focuses on cultivating flexibility, balance, and long-term joint health.
