Tickets and fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the festival, you may transfer the ticket to another party. 

Tickets can only be purchased starting on August 1, 2026

Tickets cannot be purchased at the festival. 

Ticket sales will close two days prior to the festival. 

Ticket prices are as follows: 

• Adult - Entry: $70, Camping: $30

• Children - (4-16) Entry: $25, Camping: $10

How will I get my tickets? After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email with your tickets. If you do not receive the email with your tickets, check your junk folder. The email is from EcologicalFarmingAssociation@regfox.com and the subject line is Registration Confirmation To Ecological Farming Association. You do not need a copy of your tickets (printed or electronic) with you to enter the festival.

Entry and camping tickets are priced per person. Each attendee over the age of 3 needs their own ticket. Entry ticket includes entrance to the festival for Saturday. Camping tickets include camping in the Full Belly Farm walnut orchard on Saturday night and a farm fresh breakfast on Sunday morning. 

Children and teens must be accompanied by an adult. Each individual over 4 years old must have their own ticket. Children 3 and under are free. 

Parking for Day Use and Camping is included in the price of your ticket. All parking is available on Full Belly Farm and is in close walking proximity to the festival and camping. 

Reentry is not allowed at the festival. 

Hoes Down Harvest Festival at Full Belly Farm is a one day festival on Saturday, Oct 3. Entry tickets only allow entry to the festival on Saturday. 

The Capay Valley Grown Open Farm Day on Sunday, Oct 4 is separate from the Hoes Down Harvest Festival and does not require a festival ticket to participate. 

Hoes Down Harvest Festival is a rain or shine event and will not be cancelled due to weather.

The campground is located in the Full Belly Farm walnut orchard. 

Camping is first-come-first-serve and there are no assigned spots. But don’t worry, we have never run out of room in the walnut orchard! Please be respectful of others and don’t take up TOO much space!

All campers must park in the camping parking lot, located directly next to the walnut orchard.

Absolutely NO driving in the walnut orchard– precious walnuts may still be on the ground!

Fires and charcoal cooking are not allowed. Off ground camp stoves (propane, white gas, or butane) are OK. Please keep your cooking space clear of flammable material.

Van or RV camping will be available in the camping parking lot. There will not be a separate RV camping area. There are no electrical hook ups. 

Outside food and non alcoholic drinks are allowed in the campground. 

There are designated camp port-o-potties and potable drinking water available. 

Please keep your site clean and move refuse to garbage/recycling stations. 

Quiet hours in the campground are 10pm Saturday to 7am Sunday. 

Breakfast on Sunday morning is served from 8am to 10am at the Farm Kitchen. Sunday breakfast is included in camping tickets. There will be hot and cold options. The line is always long so get there early!

All festival campers must exit the festival by Sunday by 11am on Sunday. 

No pets are allowed. Only service animals are allowed on the grounds. Emotional support animals are not permitted. Please do not leave animals in parked cars.

Outside food and non alcoholic beverages are allowed at the festival. 

Smoking and vaping are not permitted and the festival is a drug-free zone. 

Drive slowly on the farm! The speed limit is 5 MPH!

Keep all access roads clear to traffic and observe the festival boundary. Absolutely no driving inside the festival. 

Hoes Down Harvest Festival is not responsible for lost of stolen items. The lost and found is located at the Info Booth. 

Upon entering the festival, you accept that your likeness (photo/video) may be used as promotional material by the Hoes Down Harvest Festival. 

Full Belly Farm is a working farm and home to many people, animals and plants. Please do not enter personal residences, farm buildings or non designated fields without permission from a member of the Hoes Down Harvest Festival Team.

Port-o-potty restrooms are available throughout the festival. 

Filtered drinking water will be available at multiple stations throughout the festival. You must bring your own water bottle. Look for bright blue barrels to spot the stations. Water in plastic bottles will NOT be sold at the festival. 

Credit cards are accepted at all the Hoes Down run food booths (Main Grill, Mediterranean Cafe, Big Bowl and Delightful Desserts). Cash only accepted at both bars. 

Farmers market booths, craft vendors and outside food vendor are independently run from Hoes Down and some may only accept cash. 

There is an ATM in the festival located at the Farm Kitchen. 

Childcare is not available at the festival. You must stay with your children at all times, including in the kids area. If you are separated from your child, look for a Hoes Down Super Volunteer. Super Volunteers can be recognized by name badges, festival shirts and radios. Our team will work together to reunite parents and children. Children who are separated from their parents will be brought to the Information Booth. Parents looking for children should go to the Information Booth.

In case of emergency contact any staff, team member, Super Volunteer or volunteer who can radio or seek help. Super Volunteers can be recognized by name badges, festival shirts and radios. The local fire department will be located on site in the northwest corner of the walnut orchard for first aid help and additional assistance. 

We recommend packing a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, reusable water bottle, camping chairs, blankets, flashlight and extra layer for when it gets dark. 

Saturday’s workshops are open to all festival attendees and are included with attendance.

Food and beverages are not included in the cost of admission. Food options range in price from $5 for side dishes and desserts to $15-30 for meals.

Beer, cider, kombucha, wine and non alcoholic drinks will be sold at two bar locations. Bars are cash only. 

You must show a photo ID to get a 21+ wristband before purchasing alcoholic beverages. Attendees must be 21 or over and show the appropriate wristband to be served alcohol. 

We’ll have a variety of food options available to accommodate different dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free choices. All the menus will indicate different dietary preferences.
